The Science Missioner project

An initiative of the Churn Benefice and based within that group of churches, the Science Missioner project was launched in June 2014, with the Revd Jennifer Brown licensed as Science Missioner. The project seeks to make connections between science and faith, to raise the profile of science within churches, and to develop relationships between the Church community and the science & technology industry. The project is currently funded by a grant from the Templeton World Charity Foundation administered through Oxford University’s Ian Ramsey Centre for Science & Religion.
